At Tsuyosa, your satisfaction matters to us. Since we fulfill orders through our trusted partner Supliful, our return and refund process follows their guidelines.


1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once your claim is approved, we will issue either:

    • A replacement (shipped within 3 business days), or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.


2. Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will provide either a replacement or a refund.


3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer free returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.

  • Unclaimed shipments.

  • Shipments rejected by customs.

  • Change of mind (“buyer’s remorse”).

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects or shipping errors, the cost of return and reshipment will be your responsibility.
